Bryan Christopher Brown, 38, paroled in October 2003 after spending eight years in prison for a sex charge in Illinois, will plead guilty to three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a 5-year-old girl in Warren. Brown will make the plea Aug. 4 in Macomb Circuit Court and will be sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
